New build bungalow - Double en-suite

This newly built bungalow will be ready to occupy from 1 April 2025. The property is 3 double bedrooms (2 of which are en-suite), 1 single bedroom/office, 1 main bathroom, 1 utility room and an open plan kitchen/living/dining room with bi-fold doors going out onto the garden.
The room available is the largest double en-suite in the house. There will also be an outside bicycle store. There is a small front garden which catches the sun at around midday, and there will be BBQ facilities and patio area.
The house is in a quiet residential road, around 15 minute walk from both Balham stations and Clapham South.
I am a live in landlord, and will be occupying one of the bedrooms with my partner. There is also another couple who will be occupying the other en-suite.
We are looking for either a single person or a couple who are fun and want to be friends as well as house mates, but equally respectful and tidy. There is plenty of WFH space and each bedroom comes with a desk.
I am a solicitor and my partner is an insurance recruiter so we will both be working Monday - Friday normal office hours. At the weekends we like to go on runs, go to the pub, and explore the city!
Council tax band has not yet been allocated (as it is a new build in progress) but all other properties on the street are Band E (Lambeth Council).
