The flat is in a lovely small courtyard of flats which is super quiet and well maintained, so you can sit out on the grass in the summer! It's right in between Balham and Clapham South so you have the pick of both for travel and we're also a 5 min walk from
Tooting common!
Balham has a big Sainsbury's, Aldi and Waitrose and if you're feeling bouji, M&S is right by Clapham South station!
The room is very spacious with a HUGE wardrobe and comes with the bed and bedside table. As I’m moving overseas, I’m also happy to sell you a dresser, a dressing table and mattress topper ☺️.
The room is avalible now and rent is £1080 per month, plus bills (which usually come to around £150).
