After 5 years my lovely housemate is moving in with her partner and I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our gorgeous sunny 2-bed terraced flat in Balham from the 16th September. (10 mins from Balham station and 8 mins from Wandsworth common). The flat is on a lovely quiet street and has a little terrace equipped with an Ooni.
I’m ideally looking for someone aged between 28 - 35 (I’m 29) who works full time and is either in a hybrid role or in the office so there is some balance between work and home life. I’m fairly social and tend to host a few times a year so would like someone who would be comfortable joining in but equally happy to do their own thing at other times.
The room is a small double bed with a shared bathroom (£850 plus bills which is roughly £150 pm). There is also a small landing leading onto the terrace which serves as a study.
