Double Room Balham

One of our friends is moving in with his girlfriend so looking to fill his room. We haven't got a firm date but it will be between mid August till roughly mid September. Once we find someone we can finalise it.

Two of us will be staying, we’re easy going, clean, but not super clean freaks. After work we try to go to the gym together but also watch movies or football. We still spend time doing our own thing in our rooms so no stress about having to join when we're together. Tend to be out on weekends seeing friends which you can come along too especially if you're new to the area.

Good sized double room (3.97x3.7m). Fairly quiet road but close to pubs and restaurants. Pictures are from the original listing but photos of the room now can be sent by request. Room comes with bed, mattress, wardrobe and large chest of drawers.
