Double room available in lovely Balham flat

I'm leaving my lovely room in Balham on 16th August and looking for someone to replace me. The contract will be renewing then so you'd be signing on for the whole year (though you can replace yourself in the contract if you need to leave for any reason).

Rent is £830 PCM, though this could change but we've not heard anything yet. If it goes up it wouldn't be more than 7%.

The furniture in the pictures (other than the wardrobe) is mine but the room will come furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and the wardrobe.

You'd be living with 3 lovely girls, all in their mid 20s. It's a 4-bed flat with 2 bathrooms (one with a bath).

It's right off the high street in Balham and only a 5 minute walk to the tube station, past all the shops so extremely convenient!

I think that's all you need to know other than that I've really loved living here!!
