Huge double clean modern room

Hi guys my name is Tracy I have a beautiful modern room in very sort after area of South West London balham ,the room has a lap top table and chair added to it and new bed not the same as in pics there are 2adults and 2bathrooms only 2people to share upstairs bathroom at any time shared kitchen living room garden out side space we are very laid back people very welcoming easy going honest trust worthy people the house is 7mins walk to balham tube shops sainsbury pubs restaurants we are white British and 1spanish guy so if this sounds like a bit of you drop me a message kind regards t
