Looking for a flatmate to join a two bed flat in Balham. I am a 26 year old professional. My current flatmate is moving in with his partner in September.
The room is a decent size with a double bed. It has two wardrobes (which include space for a chest of drawers) and a desk.
The flat is 5 minutes away from Balham station. It has a sizeable shared living room and kitchen (and a bathroom!) The council tax is cheap for the area.
The contract is for 12 months. I’m planning on activating the six month break clause to move in with my own partner in March(ish). Although your contract will continue (meaning that we’ll have to find a replacement for me).
The ideal tenant would be earning over £30000 a year (estate agent’s preference)
It’s a genuinely very nice flat and a great area.
