I have a double room available in a 2 bed flat in Balham between 7th September to 19th October (open to someone taking the room for the whole time or slightly less if needed). Rent and bills for the whole time is £1,567.50 (6 weeks, ie £261.25 per week) but would be happy to chat about this.
The flat is in a great location, approx 10-12 mins walk from Balham station and 8 min walk to Tooting common. It has a shared living room/lounge with a dining area, cute kitchen with a hatch through to the living room, and bathroom - it also has a private garden which is amazing for a flat.
You would be sharing with one of my best mates, Matt, who is a 28 year old working in psychology for the NHS. He’s fab… very easygoing and always down for a glass of wine (or more) in the evenings.
