Long term Double Room - Balham SW12 - August

Hey :)
We're looking for someone to take a double room mid august. Only a 10-15 min walk from Balham station and national rail, the flat is in a quiet residential area and is a 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec Common Park. The bus 255 is on the corner.
The flat has a large living/dining room which is great for hanging out.
The kitchen is a good size with lots of storage space, so is great if you enjoy cooking.
The bathroom has recently been done up so it is in great condition with no mould.
The flat is looking good, with lots of storage space. The available bedroom is already furnished with bed frame and mattress, drawers and shelves.
And there is a massive garden which we share with three other flats (But they don't use it that much). It is really great for having friends round for a barbecue when it's sunny.

The rent is £650 a month, which is really great value for the area. Bills are not included but come to approximately £120 per month per person.
The flat is in great condition so we're looking for someone who will look after it, sharing the tasks (cleaning rota), and treat it like a home.

You will be living with two professionals in their late 20s/early 30s, who are looking for someone responsible who is easy going, clean, tidy and creative.

If you like painting, ceramic (I'm learning about it), photography, design, performance, music, film projection, you are more than welcome. I'm a creative who speaks French. And Josie is working in Theatre. We both have a chill vibe.
