We’re a 6 min walk from Balham Underground/Train station and Balham high street where there are lots of nice pubs and restaurants! There is cheap permit parking right outside the flat and is free at weekends.
THE ROOM & FLAT:
The room is a big spacious double, with space for a desk to work at and is available on the 1st September 2024. Comes with 2x wardrobe, 1x chest of drawers, 1x double bed and 1x bedside table.
The flat has 4 bedrooms in total, a big living room which has a working gas fire, a separate kitchen which includes a dishwasher, and a good-sized bathroom that has a big shower. There is a communal garden out the back which is great in the summers for BBQ's.
RENT:
Rent is £901.70 a month with bills included.
We deal directly with the landlord so no agency fees! Deposit is £625.
Full transparency: We have seen rent go up for the past couple of years (same for anywhere) but not by much, and we split this increase by percentages relevant to the sizes of the bedrooms.

We're two girls and a guy aged between 29-36. We’re all working professionals with a rough 9-5 working week. When we're in, we'll chill out together in the sitting room and watch a series/film and occasionally go to the pub together etc. but we also have independent social lives too. We're looking for someone who is like-minded, clean, sociable, easy going and laid back to join us.
