This person would be living with my brother who is relocating from the midlands to London with his new job at starling bank.
The room/ flat:
- <5 min walk from Balham station , 2 mins to the main high street
- <15 min walk to Wandsworth and Clapham common
- The flat is fully furnished- new kitchen and new bathroom
- ground floor flat with an outside area, lounge , separate kitchen and shared bathroom. The bedroom is a double and has a bed / double wardrobe, so you would be able to work from the lounge if you are working from home as there’s a desk in the main room! The wardrobe has a lot of space and the bed has lots of storage underneath
About my brother:
- 32 working in finance at starling bank
- sociable but also likes to chill/ watch TV
- enjoys the gym / healthy lifestyle/ running but also likes to drink now and then (it won’t be a party flat)
- he will do a mix of working in the office and home
Looking for :
- someone tidy and clean
- someone sociable / with their own life and friends but also friendly to live with
- goes to the office more days than not during the week
- not a party animal
