Large double room in Balham available 💖

Our housemate is moving out to go travelling so we’re looking for someone to join us at the end of September in a four bed flat in Balham (30 seconds from Tooting Common and 8 minute walk from Balham underground/ national rail)! 🥰

The biggest room is available for £1200 per month plus bills (approx £65 per month). It has two bathrooms, a garden, is a 5 minutes walk from a big Sainsbury’s, and less than 10 minutes from the high street. The tenancy is a year but the landlord is happy to swap people out mid tenancy.

The flat is furnished and the room comes with the bed, smaller chest of draws, wardrobe and one bedside table. It also has a large chest of draws and another bedside table which the current housemate is happy to sell. It then has additional room for a desk and rail (huge room!) ☺️

A bit about us:

♥️ Darcy - I’m 26 and a solicitor working in Bank and WFH two days a week max. I’ve been living in London for 3.5 years. I’m a Pilates/ running/ gym girl (effectively a south west basic bitch lol).

♥️ Devon - I’m 27, working for the WWF 🐼 and I’m WFH 4 days a week. I love going for hot girl walks, going to the pub and being a little social butterfly!

♥️ Lois - I’m 26 and work at an Advertising agency in Angel (I’m in the office twice a week). I love having fun and exploring new pubs/restaurants. Always up for an opportunity to chat shit x

We are clean, tidy and respectful of people’s space, and we love an early night/chilled evening in the working week. We like to chill in the house/ watch trash TV/ go to the pub together are always up for the occasional night out! 🤩
