Double room in Clapham South/ Balham flat available, huge built in wardrobe!

Looking for another housemate to live with me, unfortunately my current housemate is moving back to Aus! would love to find a like-minded person who wants to live in a friendly, sociable space but also have their own independence and fun outside of the house! I enjoy staying active with walks, gym, runs and sports as well as meeting friends etc, all the classics! Love to relax at home as well with a good Netflix binge.
I’d love to find someone who can be good friends as well as housemates but also respect the need for privacy in the flat. I have been a lodger myself previously in my friend’s flat so have had experience from the other side! Would love to continue to have a nice and friendly living experience :)

I work as a product manager and have a mix of office and wfh so looking for someone with similar working patterns

Would like to keep the flat clean, tidy and super homely for us both

Lovely quiet residential street 11 mins walk from Clapham South tube and the common.

Flat is furnished. Room includes built in wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and a desk if needed. Separate toilet and shower room

Bills (council tax, wi-fi, water and electricity) not included but will come to approx £180 depending on our energy usage (lower in summer months)

Lodger agreement will be 6 months but with possibility to extend if we’re both happy to!
