My housemate Megan and I are looking for a new addition to our 3 bed in Balham as our housemate is sadly going travelling!
We are renewing our contract for another 12 months, so would be looking for someone to move in 7th October.
The room is a private double ensuite attic room (has its own floor), with extra storage space. Room comes with the bed and there is a possibility to buy some of the other furniture off the current tenant. We are currently negotiating the price of the room, but it will be between £1110-£1160, plus bills that usually come to ~£100. Video of room can also be provided!
The house has a lounge, large kitchen and a garden. Location is a quiet residential area, near Tooting common, approx 10 min walk to Balham station.
Little bit about us:
We are 25, work in consulting and marketing, and are very social girls. We’re both quite active, we’ll never say no to the pub, but also enjoy chilling together and binge watching trash TV when we are all in.
