Room is in a two bed, one bath flat with a large balcony off the living room. Flat has a sit in kitchen with lots of storage and ample space to entertain friends within the flat.
Ample storage in every room with extra storage closet - great for suitcase, bikes, shared or extra furniture.
Balcony gets afternoon sun so brilliant during summer and first floor location allows for breeze and great air flow through the flat to keep cool in Summer and well insulated in winter.

Most furniture in the pictures would stay as is with the flat.

Existing flatmate - 31 year old female, full time professional who works in Sports Broadcast. I enjoy spending time with friends and loved ones, travelling, cooking, watching and playing all sports.
I spare a fair amount of time travelling for work and work from the office three to four days per week so would be out of the house a lot.
I enjoy housemates who are social and chatty but also respectful of personal space and boundaries. Not available for full time work from home people.
I’ve furnished the flat and have lived here for 2 and a bit years now

Rent for the room is:
£1200 - single
£1350 - couple

Bills not included in the rent and come to around £150 per person per month (based on two people in the flat, would be less with a couple in the room). This include full fibre internet, and Lambeth Council tax

Available from 23rd June 2025. Lease would be minimum 12 months but would hopefully extend.

Any tenants would need to be approved by the landlord who is lovely and manages the property privately.
