Balcony gets afternoon sun so brilliant during summer and first floor location allows for breeze and great air flow through the flat to keep cool in Summer and well insulated in winter.

Most furniture in the pictures would stay as is with the flat.

Existing flatmate - 30 year old female, full time professional who works in Sports Broadcast. I enjoy spending time with friends and loved ones, travelling, cooking, watching and playing all sports.
I spare a fair amount of time travelling for work and work from the office three to four days per week so would be out of the house a lot.
I enjoy housemates who are social and chatty but also respectful of personal space and boundaries. Not available for full time work from home people.

£1150 - single
£1275 - couple

Bills not included in the rent and come to around £100 - £140 per person per month (based on two people in the flat, would be less with a couple in the room)

Available from 9th November 2024. Lease is currently until 23rd June 2025 but would hopefully extend.

Any tenants would need to be approved by the landlord who is lovely and manages the property privately.
