Spacious Double Room in Balham

Hi everyone,

Our lovely 4-bed flat is advertising a nice double room in the heart of Balham, minutes walking distance from tube/train station, shops and places to get coffee.

We are three mid/late 20 year old, working professionals looking for a 4th person to join our flat.

We like to have the occasional chat and catch-up on our day, but it is a very chill flat, so we are looking for someone who is similar to this (basically not a party flat) and is late 20s. We are also keen to have someone who is house proud, respectful of the flat, clean and tidies up after themselves.

The rent is £880 a month, with bills adding up to around £100 a month (normally around £95 but these will probably go up/ down). We all have responsibility for different bills, which we split at the end of the month. We also have a cleaner than comes every fortnight, so that the flat is kept clean and tidy.
