Double room in semi-detached house with garden

The room
The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bedside table. It’s is a really good size.

The house
The house is semi detached and has a gorgeous garden that the landlord maintains. We have a living room with a sofa, TV and table. There is loads of storage space in the garage and we tend to use the spare room to dry clothes.

The flatmates
Harry is 28 and works in local government, Jess is 24 and works in fashion and Will is 27 and works in the civil service.
Everyone is really friendly and up for a chat when cooking together etc but we also respect each others space.

The area
The house is on a quiet residential road, about a 15 minute walk from Balham and Clapham South tube stations. Brixton is about a half hour walk or 10 minutes on the bus. We have great bus links that run from outside our door too. Tooting Common is about 5 minutes away and Clapham Common is about 15 minutes so there are plenty of green spaces around.

Rent is £777.50 pcm and bills tend to be around £100.
Viewings in the evening on Sunday 15th, Tuesday 17th September and Wednesday 18th.
Move in date of October 1st.
