Double room between Balham and Clapham South

Looking for a female housemate to sign with us for another year, to replace our current housemate who is off travelling.

The flat is between Clapham South and Balham stations, which are each around 10 mins walk away. It’s also on the main road and has easy access to several bus routes. We’re ideally looking for a young professional who is clean and tidy. We’re a sociable house but each have our own friendship groups and social lives.

Two of the current housemates are physios and one is an accountant who works hybrid. This is better suited to somebody who does not often work from home as there is not a lot of space to set up and work.
