Two Double Rooms in Balham/Wandsworth Common

I’m looking for two new people to join me from 17th October as sadly both of my flatmates are moving in with their respective partners. The flat is in Balham/Wandsworth/Clapham (it’s in the middle of all three) and around a 10 minute walk from Balham and Clapham South tubes. Wandsworth Common station is also just round the corner and Clapham Junction is a 25 minute walk or a short bus ride away.

The flat itself is pretty spacious for three people and is well furnished. We have a great sized living room, one shared toilet/bathroom and a lovely balcony that we get a lot of use out of in the summer months. Bills are not included in the rent - they usually come to around £80 a month.

Room 1 - A good sized room with double bed, space for a desk and built in wardrobe/storage. £980 pcm

Room 2 - Smaller room with double bed and a clothes rail. Comes with a wardrobe just outside the room, and plenty of extra storage space around the flat. £930 pcm

I’m a 29 year old Civil Servant and I’ve been living here for a year. I’m looking for flatmates who are fairly laid back and down to earth - always down for a chilled evening in or a pub night. This flat is definitely more of a homey vibe rather than a party flat so it would be great to find two people who fit in with that! There is some space to WFH in the flat so there’s the option for hybrid working. Must also be LGBT friendly 🏳️‍🌈.
