Description
We’re looking for another housemate to join our flat as our current one is moving on to their next! We’re two girls and a guy in our early 30s. We’re happy for both boys or girls to view. Room is available from 8th January.
The flat is a 3 min from Clapham South tube and 8 min walk into Balham. Lots of pubs, shops and Clapham Common is super close by ☺️
We’re all full time working professionals with a mix of WFH and in the office. We enjoy the usual Netflix / trash tv watch over dinner, but also respect each others space. As a chilled flat we’re looking for someone to match the vibe!
The room is small with no space for a desk so not suitable for someone who works from home I’m afraid.
Rent and bills are £770 per month (£650 rent and £120 bills) which includes a cleaner who comes every two weeks. A deposit of £600 is required to secure the room.
As an FYI rent will be going up by an additional £75 in May!
