Due to travelling for work I’m subletting my large double room for 3 weeks from the 12th of October 2024 to the 3rd of November 2024.
The property is a 6 bed house with 2.5 bathrooms, and the other 5 housemates are working professionals between the ages of 26-28. They’re very friendly and welcoming, and like to socialise together when we can. There is a patio/garden at the back of the house and large open communal areas.
It is a 4 minute walk to Balham tube station/Balham overground station, as well as to Balham highstreet (Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Pret, Starbucks, Costa, Greggs etc). Wandsworth common is also around a 10 minute walk away.
The timeframe for the sublet is non-negotiable due to travel dates. It is £700 all bills included.
Ideally we’re looking for someone who is around the same age as current housemates but as it’s a sublet this isn’t a requirement.
