We are two girl’s and a boy looking for a boy to balance the house. A very bright airy room in an amazing new-build house in SW London. A full size house with a big garden that gets the sun all day. Rent is £713 not including bills.

Currently there is Neil (25) Maria (29) and Georgia (24). We are easy going, clean people who are down to earth and love a social vibe in the house. Let us know if you think you'd like the room and we'd love to meet you!

There is a spare room and loads of storage for suitcases / bags etc. There is a large living room / kitchen downstairs that leads to the garden. There are 2 shared bathrooms and an en-suite
The entrance is through a private gate where there's also parking available.
Located about a 5 min walk to Tooting Common. 10-15min walk to Clapham South. 15-20 min walk to Balham. 10-15 min walk to Streatham. There's a bus stop at the bottom of the road and getting to Brixton / Victoria line and Clapham / Northern Line is really easy.
