Double room with own bathroom in Balham

Sadly my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so looking for someone to join me in a lovely flat in Balham.

Double room available with own bathroom. Room comes unfurnished however current flatmate is open to selling furniture if needed. New housemate will be be joining me in a year lease and will need to go through the relevant referencing checks via the estate agent.

Flat is located approximately a 15 min walk from the station and is located in a quiet street close to Hyde Farm Cafe. The flat is very much a home and looking for someone who will also enjoy it as much as I have! Looking for someone who equally enjoys there own time however up for hanging out too.

I’ve lived in London the last 7 years (where has that time gone?!). I work in marketing and events and work both in the office and at home. I’m normally busy with work in the week and spend weekends going for walks/ coffee in the area! Shamelessly on the running hype too.
