2x bedrooms available in Balham

2 rooms have come available in a beautiful 4 bedroom maisonette in Balham.

Of the current household, 3x are moving home and a friend has jumped at the opportunity to move in. So, that leaves 2x bedrooms available from the start of November.

The house itself occupies the first and second floor of the maisonette with nice neighbours downstairs.
There is a big full kitchen, with a gas oven and cooktop and an espresso machine.
There is a main bathroom on the first floor which is used by the 3x bedrooms on that floor, and a large warm lounge room.

Upstairs features a terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, plants and a bench with taps.

The housemates include Samantha and Alex, both Nurses from Sydney who enjoy a good musical, winter vacay, film or a Sunday roast.

We are looking for housemates who are down to earth, love a good chat, nice and clean and up for the occasional game of articulate.

The rooms available include the double room, currently furnished with a bed, drawers and cupboard (however the bed and drawers are the current tenants, but these are also for sale if needed). The double also features a lovely fireplace, however this is not usable.

The single room is the smallest room in the house, and currently furnished with a single bed (included). Whilst a little small, could be perfect to the right person and is very good value.
