Large double room in Balham

Hi all, we are looking for a new flatmate for our three-bed flat in Balham, as one of our current flatmates is moving out. The flat is located less than ten minutes walk from Balham tube.

The room is a large double, with plenty of space for working from home. The room comes furnished. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. There is a large shared bathroom and a bright front living room.

You'll be living with Alex and Joe. We are both professionals in our mid-twenties. We are both social guys, into our sports and like an evening at the pub. We're happy doing our own things but also enjoy spending time together at the flat when we're both in. We both do a 2-3 days a week working from home.

Rent is £900 not inc. bills (about £130 a month). Tenancy is for ten months until August '25.
