Spacious and bright double room in Victorian House

We have a large, bright and spacious double room available in a newly refurbished Victorian house. The room is on the first floor with a fitted wardrobe, bookshelves, a study/work desk, an ergonomic computer chair and double bed.

The house has five bedrooms in total, three bathrooms, a modern kitchen and dining, and a separate living room. There is also a garden at the back .

The house is 7 minutes walk from Balham station (Northern line) and Wandsworth Common station (National Rail) and is close to the vibrant Balham high street, Wandsworth common and the villagey Bellvue Road.

We are a mixed household in our 20s to 40s. We are a friendly and social bunch who get together at times but also have our own busy professional lives. We are ideally looking for similar professionals with a settled outlook, respectful of others and who like to keep the place clean and quiet. This is a LGBT friendly place. and a smoke free and pet free home.

You will have to pay a 4 week deposit and a weeks rent in advance and on-going. Bills (electricity, gas, water, broadband, council tax. and cleaner) are extra and roughly 100 - 120 a month.
