All the shops, bars, and restaurants of Balham are on your doorstep including the large Sainsbury's supermarket round the back of the building, and Clapham South tube is a 5-10 minute walk away.
Monthly bills including council tax and fast wifi total roughly £150 a month.
Current flatmate is moving in May so I am looking for a like minded professional to share this amazing space with.
I am very active, run, swim and gym lots and love socialising. I work from home 2-days a week.
