I’m looking to move out of my large fully furnished double room in central Balham on 15th November.

The rest of the stunning flat includes a shared bathroom (with one other person) with a great shower and separate bath. There is a porch for storing bikes / and drying laundry in the winter.

The shared living space includes a large six-seater dining table, a modern kitchen and living room space with a TV. The house has good WiFi and access to a private and well-loved pretty garden with a seated area and BBQ (perfect for summer). Great location near the high street, the station, the park, the gym and swimming pool.

Your future housemate is called Anna, who currently works from home (going into the office one day a week). We are looking for someone who is highly respectful and who enjoys a pristine clean and tidy home. Ideally, friendly and passionate about food and nature, who loves quiet and peaceful evenings, and can move in from the 15th November.

Bills are included with the rent and annually increased. Room rate £1,325 per calendar month with 5 weeks deposit in advance.
