We’re looking for a sociable new housemate to join 28 Mayford Road. The available room is large, bright, fully furnished with a desk, chair, and plenty of storage, making it ideal for anyone who needs space to work from home. The room also comes with its own private bathroom.
The house has a spacious shared living room and kitchen, plus a small garden that’s perfect for relaxing in the summer. A cleaner comes every fortnight to keep things tidy.
Located in an ideal spot, it’s just a 5-minute walk to Wandsworth Common (only 20 minutes to Victoria Station) and a 10-minute walk to Balham underground (Northern Line). On-street parking is also available if needed.
You’ll be living with:
Jack: Works in Oil Marine operations, a big Arsenal fan, loves playing football, and is always out socialising.
Dan: Works as an Oil Analyst, keeps fit at the gym, and enjoys a healthy lifestyle.
Callum: In high-ticket sales for an events company, plays football at the weekends, and enjoys hanging out with friends.
We’re all good mates, so we’re looking for someone who’s easy-going, sociable, and will fit right into the dynamic of the house.
