Your room has loads of in-built storage space and you will have sole use of the main family bathroom, located right beside your room. It fits a desk happily!
I’m 26, work as a consultant and spend most my time seeing friends or chilling at home. I really value a clean and tidy house and absolutely love hosting drinks/meals at home.
The place is unfurnished but I have furnished all of the common area (mostly from a Facebook marketplace addiction 😉).
