Friendly house in Balham

Our lovely housemate has decided to move out of our fantastic Balham home to move in with her boyfriend, so we're looking for someone to fill the spot!

It is a 4 bedroom house on Hydethorpe Road in Balham. It has;
• 4 double bedrooms
• Lounge
• Kitchen/diner
• 2 full bathrooms
• Garden
• 10 min walk to tube/shops/bars
• £840 pcm - smaller double, previous housemate did manage to squeeze a desk in, but preferably this person would mainly work in the office if they don’t want to work in the room.

This is exclusive of bills which are roughly an additional £130-150 pcm including a bi-weekly cleaner.

The move in date will be mid November.

About us:

Keiran - I'm 28, from New Zealand and work in advertising. I work hybrid two days from home a week. I'm fairly active through the week, and love getting out and about in London and Europe on the weekends.

Hugo - I am 29, from Wiltshire/London and work as an Event Planner. I don’t work from home and will be working on events on some evenings and the odd weekend. I play hockey most weekends and also enjoy a board game night, a good book or a trip to the pub.

Dani - I'm 28 from New Zealand and work in Professional Cricket - working hybrid from home and the office. During the week I play club netball, love an after work activity, and extended weekends somewhere warm.

We are tidy and friendly and would like to find a new housemate who would be up for grabbing a pint (joining in on our Balham bar crawls) as well as having their own things too :)
