Beautiful small room in Balham, all-girls house

Small room in Balham. The price is fair considering the cost of energy bills etc. It's very pretty as it looks out onto the Common. Maybe you could keep nice plants /a little chair outside your room? There is a Juliet balcony. I studied art and am freelance. The other flatmate just finished at Soas. Thinking of making it an all girl's house. Extremely zen energy. I also have a dog. Used to live in West London - not as green as Balham. This is more of a sleep, eat, go to work, watch some TV, type of vibe.
I also have a garden and am trying to make it nice. It’s really cute
Looking for someone kind, low-maintenance, who likes a tranquil, pretty home.
P. S - I got rid of the bed frame but there is a mattress/ other furniture. A futon would work well just to lift the mattress off the floor more.
