You will be living with my friend John, who I’ve been friends with since Uni. John is a top bloke, great flatmate, an accountant and a keen sportsman: he loves his football, golf and tennis.
It is a large room in a good size modern flat, with a large kitchen, living area and bathroom. The location is perfect and is close (5 min walk) to both Balham & Clapham South tube stations.
The kitchen has all the appliances you could want: washer/dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine, etc.
The bills are around £100 a month each.
