Two doubles in sunny Balham flat close to tube

I’m looking for two friendly housemates to join me in this lovely, spacious flat on a quiet street in Balham! I’ve been here for 18 months and have absolutely loved it.

There’s two double rooms available, both fully furnished with bed, built in wardrobe and additional storage units.

The flat itself is light and airy, with a large living / dining area with a separate kitchen. There’s a bathroom and separate toilet. We’re lucky to have loads of storage throughout the flat (including a ground floor unit which is handy to keep any bikes!) and it has a communal garden and a balcony.


I’m looking for sociable, friendly housemates to join me in renewing the lease. I respect everyone’s space but it would be great to have people who would be up for watching a movie together or catching up at the end of the day over a glass or two of wine!

We keep the place clean and tidy as we go, but there’s also a cleaner that comes every two weeks which keeps the flat in order.

The area is quiet but close to the high st with groceries, pubs and the tube only 7min walk away. Balham also has a train station and we are also close to Wandsworth Common train station. Lots of restaurants, wine bars and cafes close by.
The new lease will begin on 27th November.

Contract details below:

Rent: £1000 a month
Deposit: £1000
Bills: £100 a month
Other: Cleaner for £19 fortnightly, £50 one-off name change fee
Contract ends: 27 November 2026 with likely renewal
