A lovely double room in Balham

I have a double room to rent in Balham, just off Wandsworth common and a short walk to the shops (Balham and Bellevue village) and stations (Balham and Wandsworth common).

The flat has 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The main room has an en-suite bathroom and the shower room would be shared. It also has a very large communal garden.

All bills included, including Wi-Fi and cleaner for communal areas.

A little bit about me; I have lived in Balham for almost 15 years, having moved here when I was 18. I work in the City but sometimes work from home a couple of days a week. I like to go out with friends, travel and scuba dive as well as swimming and yoga.

I’m a clean and tidy person and like things to be as they are - so I tend to wash up and tidy as I go, I’d prefer anyone that rents the room to do the same.

I’m looking for a professional who is clean and tidy, that tends to work in the office as I work from home a couple of days a week.
