Double room in semi-detached house with garden

The room
The room is on the ground floor and a really good size. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers.

The house
The house is semi detached and has a gorgeous garden that the landlord maintains. We have a living room with a sofa, TV and table. There is loads of storage space in the garage and we tend to use the spare room to dry clothes.

The flatmates
Jess is 24 and works in fashion, Will is 29 and works in the civil service and Lottie is 26 and works in consulting.
Everyone is really friendly and up for a chat when cooking together etc but we also respect each others space.

The area
The house is on a quiet residential road, about a 15 minute walk from Balham and Clapham South tube stations. Brixton is about a half hour walk or 10 minutes on the bus. We have great bus links that run from outside our door too. Tooting Common is about 5 minutes away and Clapham Common is about 15 minutes so there are plenty of green spaces around.

Rent is £777.50 pcm and bills tend to be around £100.
We'll aim to do viewings in week of 4th November with an ideal move in date around the 20th but can be slightly flexible on that.
