Double Room Available in Balham (8/12/24 - 5/1/25)

I'm subletting my double bedroom for 4 weeks while I go back home to Australia.
This is a double bedroom in a 2 bed flat on Balham High Road. It's located only a 6-7 min walk to either Balham or Clapham South Tube Stations.

Looking for someone preferably to fit the whole time period, however may consider shorter.

Bills and everything are included in the stated price. A security deposit of 250 pound will be required to secure the room.

Sheets and everything are provided, whilst there are coat hangers available to use in the wardrobe, and a desk available to use as well.
My flatmate will also be away for almost 2 weeks, so will just be you in the flat for a period of almost 2 weeks.
