Hello lovelies! We have a room available in our flat in Balham from the end of November 2024.

📍Balham is on the Northern line and National Rail. Our flat is just off the high street and is less than 3 min walk from the Tube station, less than 5 from supermarket and all amenities.

🛏️ The bedroom comes with a double bed and cupboard/storage.

💲Rent is £930 pcm and bills are roughly £100 pcm.

Current flatmates are two females, aged 26 and 28, working full time. We’re both social gals, enjoy occasional dinner nights, hangout after a long day at work but also respect each others space. Ideally, looking for another like-minded female similar in age to join our flat 😊
