A generous double room is available in a 4 bed flat in the heart of Balham. We are looking for a female to take this room.
The flat is on Hildreth Street which is close to cafes, shops, supermarkets, pubs, gyms and restaurants and is a 2 minute walk from the tube (Northern Line) and train station.
The room is furnished, and the flat has a kitchen, shared living space, bathroom and separate toilet.
We are a very friendly flat (3 females) aged between 25-29 and are working professionals. We look forward to welcoming someone new. The outgoing flatmate is moving in with their partner.
Bills are not included in the rent. Wandsworth council tax applies.
