Hey everyone, 3 rooms have become available in our lovely 4 bed house (with a garden and two parking spaces) in Balham SW12. Three of us will sadly be leaving behind our favourite housemate for new adventures (travelling or moving in with partners).

All rooms are £900pcm plus bills. The rooms are available from 01 January, with some limited flexibility. One room could be available sooner. The current contract ends Dec 2025.

Current housemate:
27 year old guy who occasionally works from home.
He loves football (supports Arsenal) and will engage readily in conversation about film. Always has good recommendations!
He’s usually down for a trip to the pub but equally respects his own (and others’) space.
He’s tidy and has lived for the last year with 3 girls so is open to any mix of people moving in.
