Looking for someone to take over a cosy ground floor double room in our 2 bed, 1 bathroom flat sitting on Tooting Common.

The flat isn’t furnished, but I’m happy to leave almost everything in the room except the mattress. We have nice kitchen, high ceiling living room, 1 bathroom with a shared garden out the back.

📍 Located on the north west side of tooting common, approximately 10-15 minute walk from Balham station. A big Sainsbury’s, small aldi and plenty of cafes and pub surrounds this.

- The room comes with a double bed frame, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, 2 bed side tables, and a bed side fan and lamp if you’d like to have them too

Lochie enjoys gym/fitness, follows plenty of sport, rugby, football, cricket, NFL and all the rest. Doesn’t mind a beer either.

We’re open to a male — looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s who is sociable and doesn’t mind keeping a tidy house. Someone with a similar professional background and schedule.
