Huge double room with en-suite bathroom in a spacious split-level, furnished flat in the heart of Balham.

Very sad to be leaving this flat as it's a real rare find, 3 bathrooms and 3 large bedrooms... and a roof top terrace!

The room itself is massive, with two wardrobes, king size bed, room for a desk and still space to spare! The flat is split level so it really feels like you have your own space. The bathroom has a shower, but there's also a bath downstairs. It's at the back of the property so nice and quiet, overlooking gardens.

The flat has been well cared for and has a lovely light living/dining area and generous kitchen. The rooftop is simply stunning and comes with a picnic bench (this essentially got us through lockdown). Lots of storage in the eaves too.

It's perfectly located on a quiet road but only 5minute walk to Balham Station (Northern Line and overground) with all the cute cafe's, pubs and buzz of the high street. It's just a 10min walk from Wandsworth Common and 15mins from Tooting and Clapham Commons too.

Your flatmates would be Blair (30) and Laura-Ann (28), a Kiwi couple, and Calum (30). We all met through SpareRoom and have been living together for almost 2 years, but have become good friends. They’re all active, fun, easy going people but respectful and tidy.

Blair works from the office every day, Calum also while LA WFH 2-3 days per week.

Landlord is super helpful and manages the property directly so no admin fees etc. Always quick to respond.

Rent is £1,002.50 / month for the room and move in date is around 15th December although there’s some flexibility if you want to move before. Bills work out at roughly £100 per month. Lease has just been renewed so another year until renewal so looking for someone long term to extend again when the time comes.
