One of the girls is sadly moving out of our lovely flat on Weir Road (between Clapham South and Balham) to move back to Australia. Therefore we have 1 room available from 13th of January.
1x Double room at 800 PCM
Deposit of: 923.08
Room is a spacious double room with built in wardrobe and storage. The room come comes with a bed, mattress, side stable and drawers.
Rent excludes bills which come to around 130pp extra per month
The flat has a nice lounge, modern kitchen and a balcony too.
The flat is between between South Clapham and Balham tube stations (both less than 15 min walk). There are multiple bus routes, the 255 is 2 mins away, other buses around 5min walk towards Clapham North/Stockwell/Brixton. Its ex-social housing and the area feels incredibly safe. It’s a 15 min walk to Clapham Common and less than 10 min walk to Tooting common.
The girls and I have always enjoyed a mix of doing our own things as well as some nights in together and the occasional flat drinks so it would be great to continue this with the new flatmate. We like to keep the flat tidy, each taking turns to clean the flat weekly.
The two current flatmates are both 27 years old girl’s that work in health care. Therefore we are looking for likeminded girls around 26-31 who are chilled and will treat the flat like home. The ideal would be for the flat to remain as a relaxing place to unwind with a glass of wine and binge-watching Netflix.
