I am moving out of my flat in Balham and looking for someone to fill my double room.

I havé loved living in the flat and have lived here for nearly two years.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The flat has a shared living space, kitchen and two bathrooms

You will be sharing with 3 other lovely girls who are all in their mid 20’s. The girls are all working professionals. The flat is very much a mix of social, enjoying a glass of wine together in the evening but everyone also enjoys their own space!

The flat is in a great location, it is less than a 5 minute walk to Balham station and has plenty of bars and restaurants around, whilst also being walking distance to Clapham/Tooting and Wandsworth common.

The rent is £770 per month. Bills are not included but usually work out around £80 per month.
