Stylish, spacious and super clean apartment beside Balham and Tooting's award-winning restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment is a well laid out, peaceful and enjoyable space for guests to stay in after a long day's work! We live in a smart, new building on Balham High Road and our apartment is located on the quiet side with direct access to a patio and the private communal garden.

Excellent transport links to central London. Balham station is a short 5 min walk away, served by train and tube (Northern line). Oxford St: 16 mins by tube, London Bridge: 19 mins by tube, London Victoria station: 13 mins by train. Direct buses to many nearby areas incl. Wimbledon, Clapham, Battersea, Chelsea, Brixton.

Our guest room has a double bed, a rail for clothes, drawers and an armchair for relaxing. You will have sole use of the larger bathroom and I can provide towels and a hairdryer. as well if needed.

I am a professional who works from home so this would suit a professional who works in the office and needs somewhere for 9 weeks (5 Jan - 12 March 2025). The room is not available 13 - 18 March 2025. If however you like living with us and vice versa, we can discuss the possibility of extending after 18 March 2025.
