5 fab housemates are looking for a 6th to join us at the hottest bar in Balham (our breakfast bar).

About us:
We’re a social and fun-loving group who enjoy catching up in the evenings over dinner, a movie night and the occasional weekend adventure.
We love having chats in the kitchen and sharing a laugh, but we’re also respectful of each other’s need for space and downtime. Balance is key!

Aged between 25 and 30, we are a mix of working professionals and creatives. We all met through SpareRoom but have become good friends.

About you:
We’re looking for a girl aged 24-30 to keep the forces balanced. Due to landlord requirements we are unable to accept students.

Our ideal housemate is someone who’s excited to become part of our home, not just a name on the mailbox.

We’d love for you to bring your unique energy and help keep our space feeling lively, warm and full of laughter. We’d love someone who enjoys connecting with the people they live with.

The Room & House:
Bright, cozy double room that comes with a bed and spacious built-in wardrobe.

Huge bathroom shared with two others.

The rest of the house is fully furnished house with a spacious living area, a big shared kitchen and a lush backyard for sunny days

Great location with easy access to shops, public transport and local parks.

We have an office perfect for our WFH and hybrid workers.

VERY Spacious kitchen with lots of storage and utensils.

We have an outhouse used for storage, but also for fun and games as we have a pool table.

Bills approximately 100-120 PCM including biweekly cleaner
