Double room in friendly houseshare

Sadly I'm leaving my lovely double room in a houseshare in Balham to be closer to work. The house has a large kitchen and living room with dining space and the property has a patio area that's lovely in the sun.

I'm looking for someone to takeover my part of the tenancy and the room will be available from the 16th January.

Viewings are taking place on the 2nd and 3rd December to meet the other two tenants.

The house is friendly and lively so it's a great place if you're looking to make friends not just have a room.

Close to the train / tube station and up the road from all the amenities Balham has to offer it really is a great space.
