Small double in sociable Balham house

One of our housemates sadly is due to move out in December (can be a bit flexible on dates) so we are looking to find a replacement for him. We are 3 working professionals (2 girls, 1 guy), and are looking to keep the balance the same so for now we are only looking for a guy. We’re a sociable house, and spend time hanging out in the living room, having dinner together, watching films, etc however we do all have our own lives and separate group of friends too, so we’re looking for someone who is on the same level. We want someone who is clean and looks after the place, however we do have a cleaner who comes once a month (included with the rent). We also have a dog living with us (a little long-haired dachshund) so must be okay with pets.

The house is set over 3 floors, 1 bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet/utility room, a garden and a summerhouse at the end for storage (our bikes etc).

The house is just a short walk (8-10 mins) to Balham which is an easy commute in and out of central London (plus Northern line does overnight tubes on Fri/Sat), as well as a large Sainsburys, Aldi, Waitrose, and several solid local pubs. We are less than 5 minutes away from Tooting Common, which is ideal if you love a 5km run and are competitive on Strava.
