The flat is really bright and spacious, with a kitchen, shared living area and balcony.
The flat is close to lots of shops, pubs,, and parks. Wandsworth Common train station is under 10 mins away and Balham/Clapham South (Northern Line) are both a 10-15 min walk. The flat is on the second floor in a nice and chilled neighbourhood. We also have a great landlord!
