I’m Laura 👋🏻 I’m 33 and work in media comms. I enjoy going to galleries/museums, baking, reading and hiking.
I’m up for grabbing dinner or drinks together, or just relaxing at home - totally respect your own space and time too!
The flat is really bright and spacious, with a kitchen, shared living area and balcony.
The flat is close to lots of shops, pubs, and parks. Wandsworth Common train station is under 10 mins away and Balham/Clapham South (Northern Line) are both a 10-15 min walk. The flat is on the second floor in a nice and chilled neighbourhood. We also have a great landlord!
The rent and deposit will be due by 1 Feb but you’re welcome to move in any time from then on!
The room is £822 and that covers bills too! The deposit is £760.
