Large en-suite room in friendly Balham house

The room
The room is on the top floor and is really spacious. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe built in to the wall, a separate wardrobe and 2 chest of draws. Comes with a tv stand too. Included in the price is a private bathroom next door.

The house
The house is semi detached and has a gorgeous garden that the landlord maintains. We have a living room with a sofa, TV and table. There is loads of storage space in the garage and we tend to use the spare room to dry clothes.

The flatmates
Jess works in fashion, Bella is works for the NHS and Lottie is works in consulting. All girls are mid to late twenties.
Everyone is really friendly and up for a chat when cooking together etc but we also respect each others space.

The area
The house is on a quiet residential road, about a 15 minute walk from Balham and Clapham South tube stations. Brixton is about a half hour walk or 10 minutes on the bus. We have great bus links that run from outside our door too. Tooting Common is about 5 minutes away and Clapham Common is about 15 minutes so there are plenty of green spaces around.

Rent is £817.50 pcm and bills tend to be around £100.
Aiming to do viewings ASAP with an ideal move in date around the 18th but can be slightly flexible on that.
